Right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority
As a data subject, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law. The competent supervisory authority with regard to data protection issues is the data protection officer of the canton/country in which our institute is located: Zug/Switzerland

Right to data transferability

SSL Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL encryption. Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for the purchase of studies/webinars
Personal data will only be transferred to third parties if necessary in the context of the contract. Third parties can be, for example, payment service providers or logistics companies. A further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly agreed to it.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Registration on our website
You can register on our website to use certain functions. The transmitted data is used exclusively for the purpose of using the respective offer or service. Mandatory data requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse the registration.
In case of important changes, for example for technical reasons, we will inform you by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address given during registration.

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until there is no longer any need for data storage. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Newsletter data
To send our newsletter we need an e-mail address from you. A verification of the given e-mail address is necessary and you have to agree to receive the newsletter. Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation, an informal notification by e-mail is sufficient or you unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in case of cancellation. If these data have been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.

YouTube
For integration and display of video content, our website uses plugins from YouTube. The video portal is provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When a page with integrated YouTube plugin is called up, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have visited.
YouTube can directly assign your surfing behavior to your personal profile, if you are logged in to your YouTube account. By logging out you have the possibility to prevent this.
YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

LinkedIn Plugin
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn.
When a page with integrated LinkedIn functions is called, a connection to the LinkedIn servers is established. To the best of our knowledge, no personal data is stored. IP addresses are not stored, nor is there any evaluation of user behaviour.

Twitter plugin
Our website uses functions of the Twitter service. The provider is Twitter Inc, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
When using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, websites you visit will be linked to your Twitter account and published in your Twitter feed. In the process, data is transmitted to Twitter.
